Commercial Mold

This apartment complex tenet had been living with this amount of mold behind his couch for a long time. His property and belongings were covered in mold. He finally decided to call his property manager and his property manager called SERVPRO of San Diego East.

On arrival our Production Manager said he could smell the odor of mold. Our technicians arrived and wore the proper PPE in order to cut out the mold infested walls. Once the walls were cut out they properly disposed of the mold covered dry walls. Once the walls that were torn out, our team proceeded to clean the 2 x 4 structure so no mold would grow.
