CAT 3 Loss
This customer had a large toilet back up which unfortunately led to what is called a category 3 loss.
A category 3 loss is classified category 3 because it is grossly contaminated with pollutants including fungi and bacteria. Our technicians are professionally trained in order to conduct the proper remediation and mitigation. This involves wearing the proper PPE, protective wear which includes: googles, gloves, hazmat suits and face respirators.
