Water Leak San Diego
The before photo shows the laminate hardwood floor pulling up due to a water leak from the shower head of the bathroom. The shower leak occurred on both sides of the drywall. A team immediately went out to dry the moisture. The home was built before the 1980s; so we could not begin demolishing without first having a test.
Once the test results came in we began to store bathroom items in the home owners garage. Then the laminate flooring, the shower, and damaged drywall was removed in order to be replaced with new material.
After being on the job multiple days we discovered a leak we thought was coming from our equipment. We soon found that there was another pipe leak - a plumber was called to the job and was quickly fixed.
