Water Damage

This housing unit had a large water loss due to a sprinkler malfunction. Our team was able to arrive before water penetrated any surrounding units. After mitigating the water, our team made the proper flood cuts to ensure the walls and the interior structure dried properly. 

Two weeks after the initial loss, we had already begun the rebuild and the property looked "Like it never even happened."
