Wet Floors

This flooded floor looked dry at first glance, but after our SERVPRO of San Diego East's professionally trained staff decided to do the proper moisture readings, they found a large amount of moisture under the floor.

The Production Manager on site decided it was best to remove the current flooring and proceed with the best drying process. The first photo is our crew lifting and removing the laminate flooring, and the second photo is the containment set up to dry the cement under the flooring. 

The final result is a dried floor that will no longer run the risk of growing mold!
